Chris Costa

Hello, I'm , UX Researcher based in Canada, with a background in pharmacy and over ten years of experience leading teams and improving processes at one of the largest hospitals in Espírito Santo, Brazil.

My move into design happened naturally. I’ve always been curious about human behavior, interested in improving flows, and focused on helping teams make better decisions. In 2021, I began working with UX Research in a structured way and joined Entrega Farma, where I led qualitative studies to improve the online shopping experience for medications.

Since then, I’ve been working on complex topics such as auto equity loans, consigned credit, and insurance at Creditas, contributing to both B2C and B2B projects in Brazil, Mexico, and Spain.

More recently, I’ve collaborated with a research institute that supports global companies like Meta and Amazon, conducting qualitative research across different countries and turning user behavior into clear, strategic insights.
