Chris Costa
Hello, I'm , a UX Researcher based in Canada with a background in pharmacy and over ten years of experience leading teams and improving processes in healthcare.
I started working in UX Research in 2021, initially at Entrega Farma, where I led qualitative studies focused on improving the online medication shopping experience.
Since then, I’ve worked on complex products and services across fintech, insurance, and digital platforms. At Creditas, I contributed to B2C and B2B projects involving auto equity loans, consigned credit, and insurance across Brazil, Mexico, and Spain.
More recently, I’ve worked with a research institute supporting global companies such as Meta and Amazon, conducting qualitative research across different markets and helping teams better understand user behavior and make more informed product decisions.
